Tasting note

An elegant yet original wine, with a bright, intense cherry colour flecked with maroon. Powerful on the nose, with a bouquet of ripe red fruits harmonising perfectly with hints of vanilla, cream, minerals and a lightly toasted aroma. Complex wine with mature tannins, which are noticeable on the palate and give volume and elegance to the wine. A long and persistent finish.

100% Tempranillo
In this bodega only single varietal wines are made with a process that combined traditional techniques with the latest technology. Grapes are handpicked from our vineyards surrounding the bodega. The wine goes through pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation for 7 days at 24ºC, ensuring maximum preservation and extraction of the fruit aromas. Post-fermentation maceration for approximately 48 hours. The wine has aged in American oak barrels for 12 months, followed by a minimum of ageing in the bottle for 6 months.
