A strong, cherry red colour, deep yet bright. On the nose there is an explosion of black fruit, caramel, vanilla, coconut, coffee, cinnamon, toast and a trace of mint. Silky and well-structured with a highly nuanced aftertaste.

In this bodega only single-varietal wines are made with a process that combines traditional techniques with the latest technology. Grapes are handpicked from our oldest vines surrounding our bodega. This wine has undertaken pre-fermentation maceration for 4 days. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24ºC for 9 days. Aged for 16 months in carefully selected new Bordeaux-type French oak barrels followed by 8-month ageing in bottle.
