Intense deep cherry red colour. Powerful, elegant and complex aromas of ripe fruit and raisins. Delicate aromas of cacao, cream and toasted balsamic notes due to its long aging in barrels and bottle. Well-structured in the mouth, with powerful and rich tannins offering a long and silky finish.

In this bodega only single varietal wines are made with a process that combines traditional techniques with the latest technology. Grapes are handpicked from 40 to 80 years old vines surrounding our bodega. Fermentation takes place in stainless tanks for 8 days with periodic pumping at 27ºC to preserve and extract the fruity aromas. The wine has aged for 24 months in carefully selected French oak casks, after which the wine has aged for a minimum of 36 months.
